Do the garments run true to size, large, or small?

Generally, our garments are true to size. If a specific garment has a different fit than usual, we will always indicate it in its description based on feedback and comments from our customers.

Please note that compression garments (such as sports shorts or tops) are designed to fit snugly. If you are between two sizes and prefer a looser fit to play comfortably, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Do paddle skirts have inner shorts?

Of course! We know how important comfort is on the court. All our skirts include built-in elastic and snug-fitting shorts that won't ride up. Most models incorporate a pocket specifically designed to securely hold the ball during play.

How should I wash my sportswear so it lasts longer?

To maintain the elasticity and breathability of bydūo's technical fabrics, we recommend washing garments inside out, with cold water (maximum 30ºC) and using a mild detergent.

Very important: do not use fabric softener, as it clogs the pores of the technical fabric and reduces its ability to evaporate sweat.

Also, do not tumble dry; let them air dry.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Can I return it?

No problem! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a size exchange or a return.
The only condition is that the garment must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with its original tags.
Please note that for returns, the cost of the return shipping will be borne by the customer (which will be deducted from the final refund).

How long will my order take to arrive?

We prepare and ship the day after you place your order. Standard shipments to mainland Spain take 3-5 business days. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs to mainland Spain / Balearic Islands are €4.99. But we have good news! If your order exceeds €55, shipping is totally FREE.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, and to countries within the EU, the costs are €8.99, and if your order exceeds €100, shipping is completely FREE.

Do you ship internationally outside of the European Union?

Currently, we ship only to destinations within the European Union.
